I offer an online course, called Nourish Yourself. This course teaches folks how to incorporate common herbs, in simple ways, into daily life.
This course provides tools to help you gain deep nourishment from herbs, offering resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing world.

The next session of Nourish Yourself begins October 6th and goes through mid December.
The main objective of this course, if for each participant to instill the daily self care ritual of making and drinking nourishing herbal infusions. We will be working with 5 nourishing herbs through the course.
We will dive deep into each herb, getting to know them intimately and all the ways that we may work with them.
The course also includes 3 bonus classes including: Immune Soups, Herbal Energy Snacks, and Cooking with Kelp.
In these bonus classes you will get to know 3 of my favorite adaptogens, medicinal mushrooms, and a variety of seaweeds.
This course includes 10 recorded video classes to watch on your own time, each with detailed written notes.
We also have live classes twice a month, on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30 eastern time. These will be recorded and available to watch later, as well.
During the live classes, I will give overviews of course material and concepts, and answer your questions. This is also a nice time for participants to share their experiences with the infusions and get any additional advise and support they need.
During the course, participants get 1 hour of one-on-one talk time with me, where we can talk about any herbal and health topics your curious about.
There is also a private forum available for participants to share information, stories, questions, recipes, and photos.
Through the course, I send informational and inspirational emails with thought provoking prompts, to keep you motivated and on track.
